What royaltee do I get when I sell 50 shirts?
You get 10% on every shirt you sell. In your hand. No small print. So for example, if you sell 50 men's t-shirts (RRP £25), you will earn 50 times £2.50, which is £125!
What royaltee do I get when I sell more than 50 shirts?
The same. It's 10% for every shirt. 50 T-shirts is just our print minimum. But there is no maximum. Your success is not capped. A great T-shirt can sell thousands.
What about tax?
Tax Schmax... Not really. Tax is your responsibility to declare.
How long will it take me to get paid?
We send out the royaltee payment on 10th every month.
When will you pay me?
We send out the payment on the 10th every following month. Just to keep it simple.
How much can I earn?
As long as your tee keeps selling, you'll keep earning.
QR code?
A QR (Quick Response) code is like a barcode but better, it’s a physical means of storing data. You could think of it like a tiny memory card printed on a T-shirt.
How does it work?
You need a way to scan the QR code. There are lots of reader applications out there especially if you have one of these new fangled phones like an iPhone. For people with normal phones you could try kaywa from this site you can download an app to make the phone on your camera a QR code reader!
What happens when I scan it?
When you scan the code your phone decodes the data and tells you what this code can do. If you allow it to continue it’ll show you a website or play a video or or something else like that.

Where is the QR code printed?
We print the QR code on the hem on the T-shirt, its 20mm x 20mm (small) on the left hand side.
How can I check my outstanding orders?
Login and go to your accounts page (top right corner) it’s all in there.

Pounds Sterling?
All transactions made on teepay are in pounds sterling.
But I don’t live in the UK?
That’s okay we ship worldwide and your bank does a clever thing and converts the money you spend into your currency automatically.
How do I get one?
Just look up to the top right corner, can you see the 'join teepay' click that.
I just moved house, how do I change my details?
Login in to teepay and click on 'my account.' You'll see your details there, click edit on the section you want to change.
I just forgot my password, what should I do?
Click sign in, notice at the bottom it says, 'Forgotten your password?' type your email there and we'll send you a new one :D
How many colours can I use?
A maximum of 5. But keeping it simple is best.
Do I need my own software?
Yes you do, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator are great but pricey. Check out pixelmator its a tenth of the price with most of the functionality! There's a free Open Source option too, check out gimp.org.
If I don’t design a T-shirt can I still sell a t-shirt and earn money?
Sorry you must have a design to be able to sell a tshirt.

How can I tell people I have my t-shirt on your site?
Using a embed badge you get with your 'T-shirt live' email.
How long will my design stay up?
2 weeks, but as long as it is getting 50+ orders a week indefinitely.
How can I market my T-shirt design?
Blog it, email it, share it, digg it.
Do you ship abroad?
Yup.
I live outside the UK will I be charged Customs fees?
That’s out of hands sorry, it’s up to your countries Customs Office. Most allow certain item under certain amounts through without any charge. If you're worried give them a call.
What mail carriers do you use?
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and local carriers in foreign countries.
How come only some of my order arrived?
Due to the way teepay works we print tees to demand so the print date is different for each design so you might receive them separately days apart.
How does it work?
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your teepay purchase you can return it to us within 28 days for a full refund. Just fill out the form that came with your tee, telling us what you are returning and why. And sorry, but don't offer exchanges and you are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Who are you how can I trust you?
We are teepay. We were started by howies and run by the same people.
Is your website secure?
Yes. We use SSL to encrypt our website. We don’t store you credit card details either.
What’s the deal with Earth Tax?
We pledge to give 1% of our turnover or 10% of pre-tax profits (whichever is greater) to grass-root environmental and social projects. To find out more about our donations, please visit this website: onepercentfortheplanet.org. It is only a small amount but as our company grows we will be able to give more. Which gives us a nice reason to want to grow.

What T-shirts do you use?
The tees are organic cotton T-shirts. Great quality.
Where are our t-shirts made?
Our T-shirts are made in Turkey and Portugal. Our factories are independently assessed every year to ensure that the workers are treated fairly. The cotton fiber is inspected by Control Union who use the GOTS system to certify the organic cotton.
How will I know how many tee shirts I have sold?
You can follow how many orders have been placed on your T-shirts page.
How do you suggest I wash my T-shirt?
Wash your T-shirt on a 30°C inside out. If it's really dirty maybe try 40°C. We recommend using non-biological washing powder as it's less harsh on the print. Don't use bleach. And iron inside out on a cool setting, glide over the QR code quick to keep it looking great.
What is an agent?
An agent promotes tees and receives a royaltee on the sales they generate. This royaltee comes from our cut not the designers!
How can I be an agent?
